The TWH Liver Centre is very active in developing and investigating new ideas. Our curiosity and research ideas extend beyond the usual drug studies - we want to know why things happen and how we can make things better. Our current research focus includes:
- Drug/Medication studies
- Studies trying to find out why people get certain diseases or how they respond differently to treatment
- Studies to look at how we care for patients, and how this may be improved
