What is a preceptorship?

Preceptorship is an opportunity for to spend time at the TWH Liver Centre to gain more experience in the management of liver disease. Our clinics are disease-specific and include the following clinics:

  • Hepatitis B
  • Hepatitis C
  • Autoimmune liver diseases
  • General Hepatology (excludes above diseases)
  • HIV and liver disease

Preceptorship duration: Variable, minimum 1 clinic

Eligibility: Anyone with an interest in liver disease

  • Gastroenterologists
  • Internists
  • Infectious Disease specialists
  • Family Practitioners
  • Nurses
  • Allied Healthcare workers
